How the QRTAN+ method works:

Once you enter your transaction details in the 1822direkt online banking platform, a QR code will appear. You simply open the QRTAN+ app and scan the displayed code. The app will then show you the entered data for verification. It is essential to confirm the transaction details shown in the QRTAN+ app before authorizing the transaction.

If you find yourself without an internet connection, a TAN will be generated that allows you to authorize your transaction within the 1822direkt online banking system by entering this TAN.

Activating the QRTAN+ method:

You can activate the QRTAN+ method free of charge in your customer portal under "Settings > TAN > Manage TAN Methods." Follow the instructions provided within the customer portal and your QRTAN+ app to complete the activation process.
